What counts as a transcription?

Each recording that finishes processing counts as one. Failed uploads never count against your quota, and the counter resets at the start of every month.

Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?

Yes, straight from your billing page: switch between monthly and yearly with prorated billing, or cancel and keep Plus access until the end of the period you paid for.

What happens to my library if I downgrade?

Nothing. Everything you transcribed stays in your library with working playback, editing and downloads. Only new transcriptions follow the free limits again.

What recordings work best?

Solo piano recordings, the cleaner the better. Full-band songs and heavily layered mixes will transcribe poorly in this version.

How do I pay?

By card, through our payment provider. We never see or store your card details, and every invoice is available on your billing page.
