Privacy Policy

Short version: your recordings and transcriptions are private to your account, we collect only what the service needs to run, and we never sell your data.

What we store

Account: your email and sign-in identity, managed by Clerk. Content: the audio you upload and the transcriptions generated from it, stored privately and served only to you via short-lived signed links. Usage: transcription counts for quota enforcement, job timings and error reports to keep the service healthy. Billing: handled by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.

Processors we rely on

Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Cloudflare R2 (file storage), Modal (GPU transcription workers), Upstash (rate limiting) and Sentry (error monitoring). Each receives only the data needed for its role.

Cookies

Only functional cookies for keeping you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Retention and deletion

Your uploads and transcriptions stay in your library until you delete them. Deleting your account removes your content and personal data from our systems. For access, correction or deletion requests, email info@midiverse.ai.
