Terms of Service

You may only upload audio you have the right to use. By uploading a recording you affirm that you own it or are otherwise permitted to process it. Uploads and transcriptions are private to your account; there are no sharing or publishing features.

Transcriptions (MIDI files, note data) are generated for your personal practice use. Whether you may redistribute, perform, or sell a transcription of a copyrighted work is your responsibility, not ours. Automatic Transcription does not grant you any rights in the underlying music.

The free plan includes a limited number of transcriptions per month with a maximum recording length. Pro is a paid subscription billed through our payment provider; you can change or cancel it any time from your billing page, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown on the site and may change with notice.

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent quotas or access other users' data, no automated bulk scraping of the service, no uploading of malware or content you have no rights to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

If you believe content processed through midiverse infringes your copyright, email info@midiverse.ai with the details and we will respond promptly.

The service is provided “as is”. Transcription is automatic and not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
